   Return Policy

      We want everything to be perfect for you. If your measurements are given to us prior to finalizing your dress order returns are available.  We will order the dress based on your measurements and the size chart made available to you.  If measurements are not given, then returns are not possible. Again, please be aware that almost all wedding dresses have to be altered in some way. It may be the hem, the shoulders pulled up or the side seams need to be let out for breathing room. All returns must be authorized with a return number given to you by us and it also needs to be taken care of within 48 hours of the receipt of the dress. The dress needs to be insured and return shipping is to be paid by the customer. It must not be worn, damaged, or altered in any way, with all tags still attached. No shipping fees are refunded and there is a restocking fee of 10% on any item returned. If by chance there is a promotion involved with your purchase, (i.e., free shipping promotion) the restocking fee would be increased an additional $25 to cover the shipping of the dress to you.  Again, you as the customer would be responsible to cover the shipping to return the dress. Call us if there is a question.

Bridesmaid dresses ordered in quantities of two or more are not returnable. If you need a different size please contact us immediately so we can do our best to make any changes. There may be an additional charge for any changes depending on the situation.

Special order dresses and items are not returnable.

Dresses for a wedding party all need to be ordered at the same time by one person and with only one credit card. We are happy to ship individual dresses to various locations if given the information at the time the order is placed. There is an additional fee of $15 dollars per destination to do this. This may cost a little more depending on the location it has to be sent to.

A dress is not exchangeable if the customer chooses to order a size different from what is suggested to her and the dress that arrives does not fit.

Any dress that has special specifications and measurements for the individual ordering it, are not returnable. All prices are subject to change without notice. Occasionally, an item might have an incorrect price listed on the website. We reserve the right to charge the correct price for any item whose price is shown in error. This will be discussed with you before the actual purchase is finalized.  In the event a price is listed incorrectly, and you have already paid for it a full refund for the amount paid will be offered.

Any shoes, veils, headpieces or jewelry that is returned in perfect condition, is subject to a 10% restocking fee plus $6 to cover the original shipping if you received the item on a free shipping promotion.  The $6 is not applied if you paid for the original shipping.

Invitations are not returnable.  Please talk with us ahead of time when ordering invitations and we can make sure nothing is being overlooked with your wording.
